Lead Gender Portfolio, Kenya – Ethiopia
Damaris Kariuki is passionate about one thing, helping individuals, groups and communities to realize and enhance their own sense of freedom to lead lives they have reason to live for. This is supported by her conscious use of human centered design approaches that motivate a sense of curiosity to unpack various layers of a problem/need coupled with the courage to experiment with various solutions. In her spare time, Damaris likes reading a good book and listening to the latest afro-beat song.

Robertson Kabucho is a specialist in providing programme design and management on issues around political education, good governance and civic engagement. He has supported institutions and individuals in the process of ident ifying needs and opportunities, and the realizing of results in the above three areas more efficiently, through improved knowledge, strategy, and linkages to relevant networks and applicable resources. When not in the professional environment, Robertson enjoys mountain biking.
